H.H.H.M.D. (Head, Heart, & Hand Ministries Director)
The Head, Heart, & Hand Ministries Director oversees the Health Holistic Ministries Department, Education Department, Evangelism Department, and Skills Ministry Department. The Head, Heart, & Hand Ministries Director will monitor and ensure that the aforementioned departments offer workshops that meet the needs of FPSAM affiliates and general community members.
 
E.D. (Evangelism Director)
The Evangelism Director must maintain the effectual training of FPSAM members and interested members of the community on how to study the Bible, develop their devotional life, and build a close spiritual relationship with God and mankind. The Evangelism Director will support the Foundation Sabbath School Director in training Sabbath School Teachers on how to write effective lesson plans that addresses the needs of their FPSAM students.
 
S.D. (Stewardship Director)
The Stewardship Director has the job of educating FPSAM members and the community about the importance of managing their finances using biblical principles. The Stewardship Director will train individuals concerning how to create an effective budget and implement a plan to manage and eventually escape debt.

S.F.S.D. (Sanctuary Financial System Director)
The Sanctuary Financial System Director will use the book, "The Sanctuary Financial System" to help FPSAM members and those in the community to get a solid education in biblical and spiritual financial education. Additionally, the Sanctuary Financial System Director will conduct workshops on various aspects on financial education.
 
F.S.S.D. (Foundation Sabbath School Director)
The Foundation Sabbath School Director is the Superintendent of the entire Foundation Sabbath School Department with the task of providing ongoing in-service training in successful lesson planning and the best teacher practices for instruction of all church attendees from ages one day to one hundred years old.
